Mandala Yoga and Bodywork is run by Agnes Tryba. She provides personalized yoga classes and Thai Yoga Body Work sessions in her studio at Cary Illinois and also teaches in different locations and can travel as need be. Private Yoga Lessons

Small group yoga sessions for 3-5 people in her Cary studio tailored to your unique goals, body, and experience level. These sessions offer focused support to help you move with ease, balance, and confidence.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

A deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and gentle movement. This hands-on, one on one practice supports flexibility, relieves tension, and helps restore balance to body and mind.

Agnes's Events

Agnes can organize and host yoga and wellness events for personal occasions or even for events for your business. She offers vinyasa, slow flow, gentle, and yin yoga classes for group events.
